Booking & Reservation
How a conversation becomes a booking
Everything begins with a complimentary, no-obligation 30-minute consultation — by phone or video. There is deliberately no way to book the make-up directly.
Consultation call. We talk through your wedding, your desired look, location, travel and timing. This doesn't reserve a date yet.
Provisional reservation. If your date is available, I hold it manually for you — for a few business days, while you receive your Bridal Agreement and deposit invoice.
Binding with the deposit. Once the deposit has arrived, your date is firmly booked — only then, not before.

6–8 weeks before your wedding, we take time at the studio in Ratingen — just for you. Look, colours and intensity are agreed together, and reference photos are taken for the wedding day.

The weeks before
A few simple habits make the biggest difference for your skin on the day itself.
Stick to your usual routine — no new creams, peels or treatments.
Drink plenty of water, remove your make-up thoroughly, get an early night. That's really all it takes.

Payments
Clear, with no surprises
30% of the total price, due upon receipt of your deposit invoice.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your appointment.
Payment is made conveniently by bank transfer upon invoice.
Agreed travel costs are settled in full in advance.
Changes & Cancellations
When plans change
If you need to cancel: we then retain part of the agreed price — to make up for your day having been held exclusively for you, right up until it could no longer be filled by another booking. More than 90 days before the wedding, though, we first look together at whether moving to a new date is possible — the deposit rule only applies if that isn't wanted, or no suitable replacement date is available. The closer your wedding gets, the higher the retained share.

You can move your date once, free of charge, to a new available date. Only if that isn't wanted, or no replacement date can be found, is this period treated as a cancellation — in which case your deposit (30%) stays with us.

Travel
Destination weddings & travel
Travel scale by distance. The Düsseldorf city area is free of charge.
Travel day €350 up to six hours or €550 for more than six hours, plus actual travel costs.
