We process personal data of our visitors only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and to handle inquiries. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics services. Fonts and videos are loaded exclusively from our own server; no data is transmitted to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs.
4. Server Log Files
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after [retention period of the host, e.g. 7–30 days].

5. Contact Form and Email Contact

6. Appointment Booking via Calendly
For booking initial consultations, we link to the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 1315 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA). The booking page opens outside our website; only there is personal data (name, email, selected appointment) processed by Calendly. Calendly’s privacy notice applies: https://calendly.com/privacy. Transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, provided Calendly is certified under it.
